2. How does the personalised app work?

Once you sign up, you'll complete an onboarding questionnaire that helps me understand your goals, fitness level, preferences, and any dietary restrictions. Based on that, I’ll create a personalised plan, which you can access through the app. You’ll be able to:

  • View your workouts with video demos

  • Track your nutrition and macros

  • Log your progress (photos, weight, measurements)

  • Message me directly for support and feedback

  • Adjust your plan as needed based on your progress

3. Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

Nope! I can create home based workouts using just your bodyweight or whatever equipment you have access to. If you do have a gym membership or specific equipment, I’ll factor that in to make the most of your setup.

4. What kind of nutrition coaching is included?

I provide personalised nutrition plans that align with your fitness goals whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or general health. Depending on your needs, this may include:

  • Custom macro targets

  • Meal planning and recipes

  • Guidance on portion sizes

  • Education on food choices

  • Habit-building strategies

  • Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary accommodations

5. How often do I get updates to my plan?

Typically, I update your workout and nutrition plans every 4 weeks based on your progress and feedback. However, you can reach out anytime for adjustments or questions we’ll make changes as needed to keep things working for you.

6. How do I communicate with you?

You can message me directly through the app. I check in regularly and respond within 24 hours on weekdays. I also offer optional check in calls or video chats depending on your plan.

7. What if I’m a complete beginner?

That’s totally fine! I work with all fitness levels. Your program will be designed to match your current abilities and build your confidence gradually. I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.

8. Can you help with specific goals like fat loss, muscle building, or improving performance?

Absolutely. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, build strength, boost endurance, or simply feel better in your body, I’ll tailor your plan to align with your specific goals and timeline.

9. What’s the commitment?

I offer monthly, 3-month, and 6-month packages depending on your goals. Consistency is key, so I recommend at least a 3 month commitment to see real progress but you can cancel or pause your plan with notice if needed.
