We begin with an extensive consultation to explore your medical history, current lifestyle, stress levels, sleep quality, gut health, and hormonal balance. From there, we craft a tailored wellness roadmap that fits your life, not the other way around.

45 -minute initial consultation ( Zoom call)
In depth nutritional investigation (including potential referral for lab testing)

Ongoing support via email or WhatsApp
